
The Assistant Governor’s (AG) Assembly of the Rotary Club was held on 7th January at Hotel Gokulam Park. The meeting was convened as part of the preparatory process ahead of the Governor’s Official Visit, with a focus on reviewing the club’s performance, planning, and alignment with district priorities. The assembly was addressed by AG Dr. Renju Jose and GGR Dr. Satish Kumar, who jointly reviewed and evaluated the club report and the activities undertaken during the year.
The discussions provided valuable insights into the club’s functioning across various service avenues and highlighted areas of strength as well as opportunities for further improvement. There was good attendance from Board members and Project Chairs, reflecting the club’s collective commitment and preparedness. The respective Chairs presented detailed explanations of their initiatives, clearly outlining how each service avenue aligns with the District Governor’s theme of “Harmony.” The presentations demonstrated thoughtful planning, structured execution, and meaningful community impact.
AG Dr. Renju Jose and GGR Dr. Satish Kumar appreciated the club’s systematic approach, active member involvement, and alignment with district goals. Their guidance and feedback were instrumental in fine-tuning the club’s roadmap ahead of the Governor’s visit.
