Closed Meeting

A Closed Meeting of the Rotary Club of Cochin South was held on November 26 to apprise members of key developments and decisions taken by the Board. During the meeting, the decisions finalized at the recent Board Meeting were formally discussed and announced to the members, ensuring transparency and shared understanding of the club’s direction on administrative and program-related matters. A major highlight of the meeting was the discussion on the Global Grant Project.

Members were informed of the club’s plan to move forward with this initiative, and the formation of a new committee dedicated to the execution of the Global Grant was announced. The scope of responsibilities, collaborative approach, and the importance of structured execution were emphasized to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
