Board Meeting

A Board Meeting of the Rotary Club of Cochin South was held at Lotus Club under the chairmanship of President Rtn. Mahesh Ramdas, with 14 board members in attendance. The meeting focused on key matters related to club administration, ensuring smooth functioning and effective coordination of ongoing activities. Discussions were also held on member welfare, with emphasis on maintaining engagement, wellbeing, and active participation of members in club initiatives.

Special attention was given to planning and organizing upcoming Christmas and New Year celebration programs. Several ideas and proposals were discussed to make the festivities meaningful, inclusive, and aligned with Rotary values, combining fellowship with service-oriented activities. The meeting concluded with constructive inputs from board members and clear direction from the President on follow-up actions, reflecting the Board’s collective commitment towards efficient governance and vibrant club activities.
