Onam Food Kit Distributions

The Rotary Club of Cochin South, in collaboration with the Rotary Community Corps (RCC), successfully initiated its Onam community service activities by delivering Onam food kits and traditional sadya provisions to deserving families. The identification of beneficiary families was carried out in coordination with local ward members, councillors, and ASHA workers of the Thiruvankulam Grama Panchayath, ensuring that the support reached those most in need. The distribution program was inaugurated by Shri Shaji Madhavan, Block Panchayath President, in the presence of councillors and ward members.

The event was presided over by Rtn. Mahesh Ramadas, President of Rotary Club of Cochin South. The fundraising for the initiative was made possible through contributions from Rotary Club members, along with donations and grocery collections facilitated by the RCC.
