
Venue: Elance Institute, Vyttila Organized by: Rotary Club of Cochin South in association with IMA Ernakulam Date: October 2, 2025 As part of the Gandhi Jayanthi celebrations, a blood donation camp was organized at Elance Institute, Vyttila, jointly by the Rotary Club of Cochin South and the Indian Medical Association (IMA), Ernakulam. The camp was inaugurated by Dr. K.A. Ansia, who highlighted the importance of voluntary blood donation as a noble act that contributes directly to saving lives. An awareness session on the significance of blood donation and healthy living was led by IMA Medical Officer Dr. Muhammed Haneef, which received great appreciation from the participants.
Students and faculty members of Elance Institute actively participated in the camp, making it a successful and impactful event. Rotary Club of Cochin South President Rtn. Mahesh Ramdas, Treasurer Rtn. Neeraj Chanduvarath, and RCC Coordinator Ranjith Kumar represented the club and facilitated the program. The event effectively promoted the message of service and community health, echoing the spirit of Gandhiji’s ideals.
