CA Neeraj Chanduvarath, Treasurer, Rotary Club of Cochin South On 9th August, the Rotary Club of Cochin South, in association with RCC Thiruvankulam, organized an insightful session on “Managing Exam Stress” for high school and college students. The session was conducted by Rtn. CA Neeraj Chanduvarath, Treasurer of the club, who brought his expertise and experience to address a topic of immense relevance in today’s fast-paced academic environment. Exams often bring intense pressure and anxiety for students, which can affect their mental well-being, focus, and overall performance.

Recognizing this challenge, the session aimed to equip students with practical strategies to handle stress, develop a positive mindset, and improve their productivity during exam preparation. Rtn. Neeraj shared valuable tips on time management, goal setting, relaxation techniques, and maintaining a healthy study-life balance.
